‘Disconnect from Work Policy’

Allowing regular time to disconnect from work helps us all be more creative and engaged in our professional lives.

As of June 2, 2022, Ontario employers with 25 or more employees are required to have a written policy on disconnecting from work in place. The goal of the policy is to ensure everyone has the chance to relax and recharge outside established work hours.
